The Reitmeier Residency at Faithbridge is a two-year program designed to catalyze ministry careers by equipping high-capacity college graduates with the teaching, leadership, pastoral, and entrepreneurial skills needed to succeed in modern ministry. This program combines hands-on ministry training at Faithbridge with seminary education and church planting experience. Residents will complete a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) degree from Truett Seminary in Houston while gaining practical ministry experience.
The Care & Prayer Coordinator is responsible for coordination of the Care & Prayer Ministry. This includes planning, administration, operational execution of strategic and tactical aspects of Bible studies, classes, groups, ministry programming, events, and support to the Care & Prayer team.
The Audio Specialist focuses on designing and implementing systems and processes to help Faithbridge leverage technology to enhance ministry effectiveness. This role spans departments to provide AVL production solutions for the entire church with an emphasis on audio.
The Missions Coordinator is responsible for mobilizing people on mission by managing travel needs, coordinating sites, building partnerships, soliciting bids, procuring, and monitoring the site logistics of Faithbridge. Logistics including site planning, ministry coordinating, securing reservations for airline, rental car, van, and international travel.
The Preschool Coordinator is part of a team that provides ministry to families and children both online and in person.
The Elementary Coordinator is part of a team that provides ministry to families and children.
A Kids Ministry Paid Staff Caregiver is responsible for the love and care of children specific, but not limited to, ages birth-3 years of age during Sunday morning worship services, Thursday morning Faithbridge Women’s ministry kids programming, and Faithbridge special events.
The Faithbridge MDO Teacher provides ministry to families and children on Mondays and Wednesdays, ensuring a Christ-centered, safe, and enriching environment for kids ages infant-5 years. The MDO team consists of the MDO Director, the MDO Teachers, and the MDO Assistant Teachers.
